Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unwashed.

Have original tags attached.

Be free of stains, odors, or damage.

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and custom-made products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges within 30 days, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged.

The wrong item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
