At Deadline Syndicate, we work hard to get your order on the road as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
Shipping to the United States
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Deadline Syndicate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Deadline Syndicate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
